A Balancing Act: managing work and your career whilst caring for an elderly parent or relative

Age Space is keen to hear your views about working whilst caring for an elderly parent/relative.

From 2025 there will be more people in the workplace with elderly dependents than those with childcare responsibilities. We have an ageing workforce and an ageing population. We are keen to better understand the impact of caring for a loved one whilst also maintaining a job and career. Thank you for your involvement in this survey.
