Age Friendly Communities

This survey is being conducted by the University of South Australia and the Office for the Ageing (OFTA) to evaluate the effectiveness of All-Ages-Friendly City strategies in South Australia. This survey is being distributed in local government areas that have partnered with OFTA and received funding support to develop Age Friendly City strategies. Information gathered from this survey will be used to guide the implementation of the new Age Friendly SA Strategy.

Completion of this survey is voluntary and all responses are anonymous.
