AgVet Fellowship Application

Veterans! Are you interested in learning more about ways you can pursue opportunities in agriculture and agribusiness?

Sprout, in partnership with Region Five Development Commission (R5DC), is proud to offer veterans in the region opportunities to explore agricultural careers with hands-on learning through apprenticeships, fellowships, and a peer-to-peer learning cohort for free for one year.

Veterans selected for the Fellowship commit to one-year active participation, approximately 20 hours per month. Fellows will attend eight workshops held within our five-county region (Cass, Crow Wing, Todd, Morrison, Wadena counties), participate in networking opportunities and customized agricultural related technical assistance. There is a stipend for your time and participation, plus additional money to further your educational or career exploration in the agriculture community.
