Manual Residency Verification is required for all students whose families are new to the district. If the new student has siblings who attended Meyer, Middleton or McCracken in 2021-2022, residency verification may have been completed for the family through the RETURNING student process described below.

For the 2022-2023 school year Skokie School District 73.5 will use the CLEAR Batch system to approve residency for returning students. This system cross references existing public records to verify your residency. In addition, regardless of the CLEAR Batch results, some households will be randomly selected to submit documentation of residency (Manual Residency Verification). Selected households are being asked to complete this form. If you have not received notification to complete this form, please DO NOT complete it.
