Jacksonville | Aetna's Eat for Better Health Cooking Class Registration

Location: Publix Aprons Cooking School (10500 San Jose Blvd | Jacksonville 32257)

Please complete the fields below to register for the Aetna Eat for Better Health Grandparent and Me cooking class. During the class, you and your grandchild will get nutrition tips and learn how to prepare four healthy and simple dishes. The class will take place at the Publix Aprons Cooking school located at 10500 San Jose Blvd | Jacksonville 32257. The class time is 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.

Participant requirements:

1 grandparent and 1 child per registration
Children must be at least 6 years old

Additional Information

Class size is limited. Class cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance.
Participants are NOT registered for the class unless they receive a registration confirmation email or phone call.
A photo release form and waiver must be completed for each pair upon arrival.
