Advocacy Stakeholder Survey

Coventry City Council are currently undertaking a review of all adult and children’s advocacy services in the City to determine what services are required from October 2016. Your contact details have been given by Providers as one of their main referring agencies/key stakeholders. Please could you complete this questionnaire to help inform our decision making and return it by the closing date on 11th December 2015
