Oregon Women Veteran Survey: Your Voice Matters

This survey is hosted by the Advisory Committee to the Oregon Department of Veterans’ Affairs (ODVA).

The Advisory Committee to the Oregon Department of Veterans’ Affairs (ODVA) is seeking input from Women Veterans across our state—and we need your help to ensure their voices are heard.

Oregon is home to tens of thousands of Women Veterans, one of the fastest-growing veteran populations in the country. Yet many women who have served in the military do not always recognize themselves as veterans, or may not be connected to the benefits, services, and community they have earned through their service. This makes outreach and engagement especially important.

Currently, three Women Veterans serve on the Advisory Committee and are committed to elevating the experiences, needs, and priorities of women who have served. To support this work, they have launched a short, statewide survey to better understand what matters most to Women Veterans in Oregon.

This survey is an opportunity for Women Veterans to share perspectives on access to benefits and services, key challenges they are facing, and priorities for improving support and programs

Why this matters:
The feedback collected will be compiled and shared directly with the Advisory Committee to inform future discussions, recommendations, and advocacy efforts aimed at strengthening services and support for Women Veterans across Oregon. Input from Women Veterans is critical to ensuring programs are responsive, inclusive, and reflective of real experiences across our state.

About the survey:

· Takes approximately 5 minutes to complete
· No personally identifiable information is collected
· Responses are confidential and will only be shared in summary form

If you are a Woman Veteran, we strongly encourage you to take a few minutes to participate. If you are a partner, organization, or community member, please help us expand our reach by sharing the survey with Women Veterans in your networks.

Every voice matters. Your input will help shape the future of programs and services designed to support Women Veterans in our state.

Thank you for your service—and for taking the time to make your voice heard.
