A note about online survey data collection: Surveys are tracked by location (IP address) and the system will not allow more than one survey submission per survey type. If there is more than one adoptee or adoptive parent in a household who is elgible and interested in taking the survey, please feel free to take the survey at your school or workplace to avoid duplicate IP address issues.
