Blue Zones Project Upper Napa Valley

The Upper Napa Valley is launching Blue Zones Project and we want to hear from you!

Blue Zones Project is a community-based wellbeing improvement initiative that aims to make it easier for people to live longer, better lives. Based on National Geographic research on the world’s longest living communities, the project is all about making healthy choices the easy choices.

Blue Zones Project Upper Napa Valley kicked off in March 2021. As we implement programming and activities designed to help our community live healthier, happier lives, we want to hear your ideas. How can we all work together to make our community healthier? How can we make sure we are reaching all of our community members? Your input will influence the work we do, and we are grateful for your time.

Thank you for taking a few minutes to share your thoughts about our community!
