Accessibility Plan Public Engagement Registration - October 15 Open House

October 15, 6:30-8:30pm, H.G.R. Mews Centre, Multipurpose Room

The City of St. John's has released the draft 2027-2029 Accessibility Plan. An open house is taking place on Thursday, October 15 from 6:30p.m. - 8:30 p.m. at the H.G.R. Mews Community Centre for persons with disabilities and those who care for or work with people with disabilities to provide feedback.

A short presentation will be provided and information stations will be set up to share your feedback on the planned goals and actions in priority areas.

Registration is recommended. Support persons, attendants, family members, friends or colleagues who may be attending with you should also register. Knowing the total number of people expected helps us provide an accessible and welcoming experience for everyone.

ASL interpretation, Pocket Talkers and Captioning will be available. If you require other accommodations to participate, please register by October 7. If you have any questions, please email inclusion@stjohns.ca or call us at 709 576 4450.
