42nd Production of The Nutcracker presented by Westport’s Academy of Dance

Hi All,
Please fill out the following forms to register your dancer for the 2022 Nutcracker Production!

Just a few important reminders:
  • All fields marked with an Asterisk (*) are required to be completed for the form to be submitted.
  • Show Dates are December 2nd & 3rd.
  • Mandatory Tech Rehearsal is November 26th.
  • Mandatory Dress Rehearsal is December 1st.
  • Payment must be submitted on your dancer's audition day Saturday, September 9th (Ballet 1 through Jr. II) or Friday, September 8th (Jr & Sr Co). Your dancer will not receive a part unless your form and payment are received.
  • If your dancer is in 1st - 3rd grade OR this is your FIRST year in The Nutcracker, there is a mandatory parent meeting on Saturday, September 9th.  Please do NOT fill out this survey until you have attended a meeting.  Important information that will help you complete this survey will be discussed at the meeting.
    • 1st Grade Families @ 10am.
    • 2nd & 3rd Grade Families @ 11:15am
    • New Families with dancers in 4th Grade and above are welcome at either of the above time slots
  • ALL returning families, this survey should be completed prior to auditions
