This award is to acknowledge excellence in the provision of health services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health consumers.

It is for organisations and programs which have shown real commitment to creating change for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, making significant contributions to solving health problems, advancing community awareness, providing culturally safe care, and promoting health equity.

Individual
This award is for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people working or volunteering in health services (as a health professional, carer, consumer or volunteer) who have shown outstanding commitment to improving health equity for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

*Nominations that are supported by work colleagues, community members, consumers or carers will be highly regarded
