The Abilities Alliance is a coalition of disability service organizations and concerned citizens that strive to provide the most effective services for ALL ABILITIES in our community. The Abilities Alliance sends out a survey every other year to understand needs, identify service gaps and gather information from Livingston County community members who identify as having a disability. Your feedback about disability-related needs will help our member organizations identify the services that are most needed in our community. Your input is critical to help us develop an action plan to create new opportunities or see what has changed over the past two years.

Any Livingston County community member with a disability.
If you are a parent or provider, please encourage and/or help the individual(s) you care for to fill out this survey in the person’s voice. It is vital that we gain input directly from individuals with disabilities.
