Employers who post a position on The CPD Career Site must adhere to the Arizona Rules of Professional Conduct when supervising a law student, particularly E.R. 1.6. Students who have successfully completed 45 semester hours of study also may be eligible for a student limited practice certification under Arizona Supreme Court Rule 38(d) and the United States District Court analog.
