Activate Your Impact Summit is Silicon Valley Council of Nonprofits’ annual nonprofit policy conference. This year's theme is "Policies for a Pivotal Era."

Designed for those who want to take action, #AYI21 will equip over 200 nonprofit advocates in their work to fight for equitable and thriving communities.

#AYI21 will take place virtually March 9-11, 2021.

SVCN invites speakers -- panelists, presenters, and keynote speakers -- to present at #AYI21 who can:
- Describe how public policy can be wielded as a change agent for racial equity and collective healing

- Discuss COVID recovery approaches that addresses root causes and uplift everyone
- Bring innovative advocacy strategies to the nonprofit community
- Update nonprofit leaders on important policy topics
- Present compelling stories of nonprofit or cross-sector collaboration on successful advocacy initiatives
- Discuss a topic you think would help magnify the effectiveness of nonprofits in supporting equitable communities in this era

We will accept submissions related to a wide range of topics, and highly recommend submissions on: housing; early education/childcare; health equity; food access; redistricting; legislation/new law updates; advocacy how-to’s; and racial equity. Speakers must present in an educational, non-commercial, non-self-promotional manner. Please, no sales pitches.

We encourage submissions from speakers who represent a wide range of backgrounds. We can offer some financial support to speakers with limited resources, particularly those from disadvantaged communities or from outside the area.

Use this form to propose your presentation/talk. We can't wait to hear your idea!

The deadline is extended to February 10th, 2021

Please note: SVCN seeks to intentionally incorporate principles of racial equity, diversity, and inclusion into the summit and in our everyday work.
