Ops Feedback Survey (Aya)

Why do we do this?

We are all works in progress. We all have blind spots. Understanding clearly how colleagues experience working with us is key for more complete, accurate self awareness. Self-awareness is the first step in the journey toward growth. This is a platform for supporting each other's growth.

The question we can all be curious about is this:  How well aligned is the relationship between who I think I am and who I want to be for my colleagues, and how those colleagues actually experience working with me?

To get the answer, we need honest feedback from a number of colleagues. If consistent themes emerge, we need to pay attention to these.

So, thank you for offering your sincere feedback to your colleagues. It is a gift.

Your feedback will remain anonymous and confidential.

Thank you again for helping your colleague become more and more effective through this feedback process!
