This is for registrations for Aboriginal people (partners of Aboriginal people if they are also doing documents or parents or carers of Aboriginal children are also eligible) to obtain information and complete and finalise Wills, Power of Attorney and Enduring Guardianship documents FREE from a partner firm of the Central Coast Community Legal Centre.

A Will - A Will is a legal document that sets out what you want to happen when you die.

Power of Attorney - A Power of Attorney is a legal document which allows you to give power to another person to act for you in financial matters.

Enduring Guardianship - Deal with medical decisions if you are not able to speak for yourself. i.e brain injury, dementia, coma etc.
