AV12: Visitors email survey

Introduction

AV Festival would like to understand its audience better, and would like to hear your views. Your answers will help us plan for future editions of the Festival. The survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete.

All answers will be treated in confidence, in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
