Nomination for Board Service (2027-2029)

AURP invites you to play a vital role in shaping the future of our organization by submitting nominations for the 2027 AURP Board of Directors.

In accordance with AURP bylaws, With five (5) board seats available, including up to three incumbent members, a minimum of seven (7) candidates must be placed on the ballot.

Board Composition & Service
  • The Board consists of up to 17 members (minimum of 9 Institutional and maximum of 8 Corporate, Affiliate, or Economic Development members)
  • Board service begins with a three-year term, with a maximum of two consecutive terms.
Nominations must include the nominee’s professional biography and headshot

🕔 Deadline: All nominations must be received by 5:00 PM ET on Friday, June 5

Once completed, you will be redirected to the AURP website—your hub for innovation, professional development, and meaningful connections.

Important Dates to Remember
July 10 – Official ballot distributed to AURP membership
July 24 – Voting period closes
July 31 – Candidates notified of election results
September 18 – New Board Member Orientation (virtual)
September 28 – Joint Board Meeting (2026/2027 members)
September 29 – October 1 – AURP International Conference
December 1 – Announcement of 2027 Board & Officers
January 1, 2027 – New Board term begins
