Stakeholder Survey 2021

Thank you for taking the time to respond to the Alcohol, Tobacco and other Drugs Council (ATDC) Stakeholder Survey.

You are receiving this survey because you may have had some interaction with our organisation over the past 12 months. You might work in the alcohol, tobacco and other drugs sector, or be a representative of government, the media or a general member of the public who is a supporter of our organisation and the work that we do.

We welcome your feedback on what we're doing, how we're doing it and your thoughts on what we could be doing better. As the peak body for the Tasmanian alcohol, tobacco and other drugs sector we are committed to being the best we can be, and your feedback is key to helping us achieve this.

There are 11 questions and we estimate that it will take you 6 minutes to complete.

All responses are anonymous. At the end of the survey you will have the option to enter the draw to win one of three $100 Visa cards.
