Work From Home Survey 2025

Introduction:

Big business is pushing a plan that would let employers force unpaid overtime, remove breaks, strip away penalty rates, and shorten rosters to as little as 30 minutes for administration workers.

The ASU is standing up for your rights because if allowed, this proposal would rip away working from home rights.

We have a solution, but we need to persuade the Fair Work Commission to reject the proposed cuts to work from home rights.

If these changes take effect, it could then impact other industries and jobs.

We need your stories. Whether it’s helped your health, your family, or your sanity – we want to hear why working from home matters to you.

We have five questions relating to working from home, plus some general questions.

Your responses will be anonymous but if you are willing to share your story even further, we will be in touch.

We know that not everyone can work from home, but we also know that where it can be done that it should be supported.

Your story will help protect our rights.
