Introduction
Thank you for agreeing to participate in our survey to share your thoughts about a proposed continuing care facility, tentatively called Mirabella at ASU. It should take you only about 15 minutes to answer all our questions. For each completed survey returned, a $10 donation ($10,000 maximum donation) will be made to the scholarship fund at the ASU College of Nursing and Health Innovation to help students get their degree.
Arizona State University, in collaboration with the ASU Foundation and Pacific Retirement Services, is planning a university-based senior living facility on the corner of University Drive and Mill Avenue on ASU’s campus, near Gammage Auditorium and the ASU Museum. This facility, within steps of downtown Tempe’s restaurants and ASU sporting venues, is planned to open in 2020. Images below show the proposed Mirabella at ASU and two current Mirabella facilities (Mirabella Portland and Mirabella Seattle).
We are interested to learn your thoughts about this potential project.
