* 7. The ASU has asked management to urgently consider proposed measures to address the lack of consultation. How do you think the PDP program should best proceed?

Interviews under the proposed new PDP system should proceed in July/August - but in the meantime there should be consultation and negotiation about the proposed rating system.

The existing PDP system should be used for the 2015/2016 financial year, while consultation and negotiations occur about the proposed new system

I'd like to provide support for the working group within my work area

I'd like to help arrange a union meeting in my work area
