Preliminary Survey of HPC Systems in the Arab Region

As part of EUMEDplus project, this activity focuses on enhancing the accessibility and utilization of HPC resources in the Arab region. Despite the availability of several HPC installations, cross-border usage is limited due to restrictive sharing policies and weak connectivity. To address these challenges, this activity aims to Enhance HPC Accessibility, Promote Collaboration, Build Capacity, Demonstrate Cross-Border Usage, and Establish models and principles for HPC resource sharing and usage to guide future initiatives in the region.
This preliminary survey serves as a quick initial assessment to gather essential information about existing HPC systems in the region.
