The City of Ashland is launching a community-driven Strategic Plan to help chart our shared future. This plan will guide how we deliver services, set priorities and invest resources over the coming years.

Why are we creating a Strategic Plan?
A lot has changed in the past five years, and more changes are happening in real time. The Strategic Plan project is an opportunity to create stability and increase cohesiveness of City services by collectively naming our desired-direction and identifying what we want to prioritize over the next five to 10 years.

How will my input be used?
The information we gather will guide the development of the Strategic Plan, helping prioritize efforts and resources to best meet our community’s needs today and into the future.
