ASM Phase 2 Course Overview:
Phase 2 of the GST ASM Academy will build on Phase 1 by deepening participants' skills in key areas like selling high-value repairs, handling objections, and inspection-based selling with video MPI. It also introduces advanced communication strategies and sales techniques to prepare participants for the pinnacle training in Phase 3.
ASM Phase 3 Course Overview:
The ASM Phase 3 training includes the following topics and moves them into the Advanced Selling skills. They will explore the Foundation of Effective Communication, words used and their effect on the success of the sale, kinesics and understanding body language, sales influencers, communication approaches with different generation clients and finally a method of handling upset customers. Those topics build upon the foundational knowledge in phases 1 & 2 to help ASMs grow as top tier associates with all the tools they need to be effective.
