1.Recent estimates show a 150-300% increase in new Health IT jobs before 2015 to meet the requirements of the HITECH Act. When will these jobs emerge?
2.Health IT hiring managers have historically required vendor- specific job experience. Will increased hiring needs, and shortages of qualifying candidates, cause Health IT hiring managers to accept Health IT credentials/certification in lieu of experience?
