Terms and Conditions of Wrap Around Care

Booking and payment needs to be made in advance via ParentPay (Reach parents), Childcare Vouchers or bank transfer
All children are expected to behave appropriately, behaviour will be managed within the schools guidelines.
If your child is absent from the club for more than 5 consecutive days we will issue a refund or credit.
Please collect your child on time from ASC (6 pm) late collections will be charged at £1 per minute.
Emergency sessions (within 5 days of session required) can be booked subject to availability.

Please note that once we have received your booking it will be processed on Tuesday 28th August.
