The City of Garland is working on a Cultural Arts Master Plan and we need your input!  Garland has long been recognized as diverse cultural destination where history and the arts intersect in creative and unique ways. The goal of the plan is to help create the policies, programs, and ideas that will enable the city to best harness its resources to grow and support the local arts and culture sector for residents and visitors alike.
