Our Arts and Crafts Fair is over 40 years old attracting thousands of Alexandrians and visitors.  

Please answer ALL of the questions in order to be eligible. Artists have to be the maker of all items they sell. All vendors MUST bring their own tables and tents.

DEADLINE TO SUBMIT: Sunday, April 16, 2023.

Shared booth means that you will bring a friend who sells their own art. We will not pair people. Thank you.

I have read and understand the information and rules for exhibitors participating in the Festival, and I agree to abide by them. I pledge my cooperation with Volunteer Alexandria.
I will NOT participate if I have any symptoms 10 days prior to the event and/or have been quarantined.

I understand that no refunds to accepted work will be issued after 5 p.m., May 22, 2023 and that all refund requests prior to this date will incur a $20 service charge. Volunteer Alexandria reserves the right to accept or reject any and all applications. Location determined at our discretion. Acceptance contingent upon jury selection and space availability.

Checks will be processed AFTER vendor has been accepted. Vendors NOT accepted will receive a 95% refund if paid online (processing fees).(Required.)
