1.     The Promoter is St Vincent de Paul Society (SA) Inc.
2.     Entry is open to Primary School students who are enrolled in a South Australian Primary School in 2018.
3.     All entries are to be submitted electronically as a photo of the artwork to events@svdp.org.au by the closing date 20/7/18 - if the artwork makes it the next round of judging then it needs to be physically delivered/submitted to our office at 202 Franklin Street Adelaide  SA  5000 within 7 days of being notified to do so.
4.     Entry to the Competition constitutes acceptance of these conditions.
5.     Competition entry commences 14 April 2018 and closes on Friday 20 July 2018 (“Entry Period”).
6.     All prizes will not be redeemable for cash and are non-transferable.
7.    All judges decisions are final and no discussion will be entered into.
8.    The winners will be notified by email as submitted via the online registration form. The notification will include instructions as to how the winner is to claim any prizes and  how to get their entry back if needed. 
9.   All winning pieces of art will be displayed at the Vinnies Women's Crisis Centre in the inner Northern suburbs.
10.    Entrants must obtain their parent/guardians permission to enter and must enter their parent/guardians full name, telephone number, email and address to be eligible to enter (entry of these details constitutes permission from the parent/guardian).
11.   Entrant’s personal information will be collected and may be used by the Promoter to enable it to administer the Competition and provide marketing information about the promoter.
