Thank you for taking the time to complete the Knowledge Capital Group's 2015 Analyst Relations Department Survey.
The purpose of this survey is to provide IT vendors with an understanding of how they and other firms conduct industry analyst relations. All information will only be used in aggregate, and you and your company's name will remain confidential throughout the research and publication process.

Definitions
The “analysts” for this survey are IT industry advisory analysts and IT market research analysts. The IT industry analysts include firms like Gartner Group, Forrester Research, IDC and Ovum. The clients of these firms are the CIOs, IT managers or business unit managers who do the actual buying of technology and services and the technology vendors who sell to them. Financial (Wall Street) analysts and other consultants and systems integrators are not covered by this study.
“Analyst relations” for this survey is the function of interacting with IT analysts, providing information either proactively or in response to a question from an IT analyst.
