The Shelter Training course introduces you to the roles and responsibilities for opening up, operating and closing a shelter during a disaster. The course focuses on what new shelter workers need to know to work in a shelter. Red Cross and EMA are offering this training that will allow you to get involved in disaster response.

- How a shelter operates
