The Park at Walnut Creek - Playground Reservation

1.Reservation for parties will NOT be accepted for homeowners with any balance due to the HOA.

2.I AGREE TOT HE FOLLOWING REGULATIONS GOVERNING THE USE OF THE PLAYGROUND AREA. 

No party may last later than 10:00 P.M (please initial)

3.Cleanup must be completed by 10:00 P.M. All trash that does not fit in the trash/recycling containers must be removed from the area to prevent animals from tearing and spreading debris. (please initial)(Required.)
4.Number of Guests (Reserving the pool & playground areas together does not extend the 25 guest limit) (please initial)(Required.)
5.Parties may not be exclusive so as to prevent other residents from using the facilities. Reservations are limited to one party in a seven day period by any one resident. Parties may expect use of the picnic tables. (please initial)(Required.)
6.No glass containers of any type are allowed in the pool area. (please initial)(Required.)
7.No balloons, tinsel, confetti ,etc are allowed. (This rule is to protect the pool filtering system). Any owner that chooses to disregard this rule will be fined an additional $50.00 and will be responsible for paying for any damages to the filtering system. (please initial)(Required.)
8.Gates must be closed at all times as per the Texas Department of Health. Gates may not be propped, tied, or secured in an open position, and should a City Health Inspector close the pool area and fine the HOA for this, the associated fee will be added to the owners account. 9.Parking for party guests is limited to the spaces in front of the pool on Elm Brook Drive  and Swearingen Drive. (please initial)(Required.)
10.Bouncy houses, inflatable slides, overlarge inflatables, etc. are not permitted. Any owner that chooses to disregard this rule will be fined an additional $50.00 and will be responsible for paying for any damages to the filtering system. (please initial)(Required.)
11.Any homeowner requests for services will be at the homeowners expense.. (please initial)(Required.)
12.Any additional pool cleaning after parties will result in forfeit of the deposit. You may be asked to show proof of your reservation. An approved copy will be sent to you. (please initial)(Required.)
13.Reservations must be received at least 72 hours prior to the party date, along with a deposit payment of $50.00. There will be a fine of $50.00 to any owner hosting a party without an approved reservation and  may result in denial of pool use and/or forfeit of the deposit. (please initial)

14.Deposit of $50.00 will be returned providing the regulations above have been adhered to, and  the area is left clean and undamaged as determined by the Management Company and Board of Directors.

Owners will be held liable for any expenses beyond the deposit amount for  repairs of damages due to the party

 

Your deposit will be held until the end of the pool season unless you request it returned immediately after your party. Due to the recent violation of these rules, an inspection will need to be done after each party. The HOA can not guarantee any unforeseen conditions beyond the control of the HOA management.

 

The swim/use of the pool/playground for parties is for residents living in a home within the HOA. Owners of homes that are leased may submit a reservation for tenants residing in the HOA. Owner will be responsible for the actions of the tenants. Owners not occupying a residence in the HOA may only reserve the pool/playground on behalf of their tenant, and will assume all responsibility for their tenants.

 

I have also read and understand the pool/playground rules and regulations as provided with my pool key, and understand that the pool/playground facilities are designated “Swim/use at your own risk”. I agree to abide by the rules and assume responsibility of myself, my guests and children. I understand that the failure to abide by these rules may result in denial of pool/playground use and/or forfeit of the deposit. (please initial)
