2019 APS Wellness Ambassador Application

Albuquerque Public Schools (APS) Employee Wellness is recruiting 2018 Wellness Ambassadors to support the overall health and wellbeing of our staff members. To promote employee wellness initiatives at APS schools and work-sites, Wellness Ambassadors take this holistic wellness program to their co-workers. Our wellness program providers will partner with us in this initiative.

Wellness Ambassadors are advocates for healthy living, no matter where they are in their personal health journeys. They champion the wellness of themselves and their colleagues at their school or work location. The ideal Wellness Ambassador candidate will be:

• Committed to the health and wellness of themselves and their colleagues
• A great communicator
• Willing to take initiative
• Inspiring to others
• Comfortable promoting wellness programs, both in person and in writing
• A role model for health and well-being
