Arizona Psychiatric Society RFM Abstract Submission for Integrated Care Training Meeting - Fall 2016

Resident-Fellow Members of the Arizona Psychiatric Society are invited to submit an abstract of 3000 characters or less (including spaces) for consideration for poster presentation at the conclusion of the Arizona Integrated Care Training on Saturday, October 29, 2016, at the University of Arizona College of Medicine, Phoenix, Lecture Room B102, Health Sciences Education Building, 435 North 5th Street, Phoenix, Arizona.   Abstract submissions should be made by midnight, October 22, 2016. You must register to attend the meeting in order to present.  Registrations are accepted at http://aps-integratedcare2016.eventbrite.com. PLEASE NOTE:  Poster size may not exceed 4' x 8'.  It is preferable to have a poster that will fit within half of that space, or not to exceed 48" x 48".  If your poster is already printed and it is larger in dimension, please notify Teri (teri@azmed.org) of the exact size so that appropriate display space can be planned.

10.Body of Abstract (3000 characters or less (including spaces)) (Please note, if your abstract has been accepted and is being presented at a future APA Meeting, that abstract is embargoed by the APA (cannot be disclosed publicly or covered in the media) until after that meeting. If that is the case, do not submit the abstract below, but instead please respond below that yours is a future APA meeting abstract and Teri will contact you to discuss further your options for presenting).  Posters will be juried for prizes and certificates confirmation acceptance and presentation will be provided.  This is a peer presenting opportunity and you are welcome to submit an abstract for a poster that has been presented at a previous meeting.  By submitting the abstract, you are agreeing to the APS RFM Poster Guidelines regarding presenting and scholarship prizes.(Required.)
