PEER COACHING SESSION: The Primary Care Data Extract Wednesday April 5, 2017 7pm (dinner 630pm)

The Home Clinic Team at Manitoba eHealth will provide an overview of the Home Clinic process discussing registration, patient enrolment, the Home Clinic Portal, and how the Primary Care Data Extract and Comprehensive Care Management tariffs are connected. Information on how best to leverage your EMR will be provided. Dedicated time will be included for questions, and discussions with members of the Home Clinic Team.

This session is eligible for MainPro+ credits through the CFPC's Linking Learning to Practice category.

A $25 refundable deposit will be charged to you thru PayPal if you are registered to attend in person. This deposit will be refunded upon your attendance. This payment can be made by credit card or PayPal account.
