The design of this questionnaire is intended to help identify how APCHA is doing on delivering the mission today, and how APCHA board and staff continuously improve on a commitment to provide affordable rental and ownership housing opportunities to qualified workers in Aspen and Pitkin County who contribute to the success of our local community and economy.

Organizational excellence – improve governance and operational infrastructure, ensure success of HomeTrek.
Ensure financial and housing stock wellbeing – implement capital reserve policies for deed-restricted property owners, and develop innovative housing solutions.
