AORS Virtual Trade Show Monthly Door Prize Draw

You will receive one entry into the monthly door prize draw for each vendor booth you visit that month. Maximum one entry per calendar month for each vendor, and maximum five entries (vendors) per day. Come back often to visit other vendors and receive additional entries.
You must complete this form each day you visit the trade show in order to receive entries for the vendors you visited, and you must identify something you saw in their booth to confirm you actually visited.
