Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Member Perception Survey

The AORN Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Task Force is conducting a survey to explore the perceptions of AORN members regarding DEI throughout the association. Your feedback is valuable, and this survey should take ~5 minutes to complete. Thank you in advance for your candidness.

Diversity: Broad concept that embraces individual differences.

Equity: Fairness and respect. Individuals feel supported, valued, and trusted.
