We want to hear from people with a lived experience of alcohol and other issues, as well as their family and whānau in the Wellington, Porirua, Kāpiti, Hutt Valley and Wairarapa areas. We want to ensure that the people who use, or might need to use, alcohol and other drug services are meaningfully involved in the planning and development of these.

The survey is completely anonymous, and will help us understand barriers to accessing help, what things make the biggest difference, how we can improve your experiences, and what your ideal alcohol and other drug service would look like.
