Information for Participants

Welcome to the Australian Indigenous HealthInfoNet Alcohol and Other Drugs Knowledge Centre User Experience Survey.

This survey has been designed to gather feedback from users of the Australian Indigenous HealthInfoNet Alcohol and Other Drugs Knowledge Centre (AODKC) web resource as part of the continuous quality improvement of the services that we provide. The survey is open from Monday 4 November to Monday 25 November 2019 (11:59pm AWST).

Your feedback
We are interested in your ‘overall’ experience of using the HealthInfoNet AODKC website (there is a separate survey for the main HealthInfoNet website). In this online survey you will be asked a series of questions about your use of the HealthInfoNet AODKC web resource. The quality of your feedback will have a significant effect on how we continue to develop into the future, so your honest answers to all questions will be appreciated.

We will also ask some questions about you to enable us to better understand who our users are and which sector they work in. Your participation in this survey is voluntary. Your responses will be anonymous, you will not be able to be identified by the information you provide. The survey is estimated to take 10 minutes to complete. Choosing to answer the survey questions indicates your informed consent to participate. You can stop the survey at any time by closing the computer window in which the survey appears.

Chance to win a $350 Coles Group & Myer Gift Card or a Samsung Galaxy Tablet
As a token of our appreciation for completing the survey, you may choose to submit an entry for our prize draw of a $350 Coles Group & Myer Gift Card or a Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1. The winner’s name will be drawn at random and they will be contacted by phone or email after the survey closes. Please note that if you enter the draw for the survey, we will preserve your anonymity.

Results of the survey
Results obtained from the survey will be analysed and a report will be posted on the HealthInfoNet AODKC website. The results may also be presented at conferences, events and in journal articles.
