Vision and Strategic Planning - Goals Survey

The ANESU leadership team, comprised of ANESU school and central office administrators, using input gathered from faculty and staff on opening day, Relationship By Objective documents, the ANESU vision, mission and Ends, have drafted four strategic goal statements. Please take a moment to offer some feedback. The leadership team will consider the feedback they receive and create a second draft of these goals. The second draft will then be submitted to the Strategic Plan Steering Committee for adoption. Once adopted, each goal will have an action team assigned to it to develop objectives, action steps, timeline and metrics.
