WSNA has been contacted regarding AMR nurses missing meal and/or rest breaks for various reasons, including arriving at a location and having to wait a period of time for the patient to be ready.  We would like to know if this is happening to other nurses at AMR. Please respond to this survey by Sept. 27.

 

The AMR Contract language, Section 7.04 states:

Nurses shall be paid for all hours worked including meal periods and rest periods.  Normally, all nurses shall receive a (30) minute lunch period during the middle one third (1/3) of their shift.
