National AMP Framework - expression of interest in receiving information

In 2017 the APA Board approved the formation of the Advanced Musculoskeletal Practice Advisory Panel.  This group highlighted the need for a transferable national education and training framework for Advanced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapists (AMPs), were tasked with its development and are now seeking your input.

We are seeking feedback and endorsement of a consistent, shared Framework that will support the development, improvement and sustainability of AMP roles and assist with risk mitigation and safety, facilitate workforce mobility, improve the recognition of these roles and finally provide a strong avenue for career progression. The purpose of the public consultation is to assist the development of a fully informed and workable National Framework that can be consistently applied- not to review or debate the value of advanced practice roles.
