1. Honors Recommendations

The Academy of Medicine of Cleveland & Northern Ohio (AMCNO) will continue its long-standing tradition of honoring individuals at its Annual Meeting on Friday, April 15, 2016. The Honors Committee will meet soon to consider the potential recipients of the AMCNO awards described below.

We invite you to nominate an individual member of the AMCNO who you believe is deserving of this special recognition. Deadline: December 31, 2015.

* 1. JOHN H. BUDD, M.D. DISTINGUISHED MEMBERSHIP
This award is bestowed upon a member of the AMCNO who has brought special distinction and honor to the medical profession to our community and to our physician association as a result of his or her outstanding accomplishments in biomedical research, clinical practice or professional leadership. Often, such an individual has already gained national and/or international recognition because of the importance of his or contributions to medicine.
