Community workshops led by IGLYO Members are an integral part of our Annual Members' Conferences, and an ideal way for you to bring topics that really matter to you and your organisation into the discussions with other participants. For this reason, we are happy to invite you to submit an application to host a workshop as part of our IGLYO AMC Ljubljana 2024 programme.

The workshops should last a maximum of 90 minutes and will be held in person in one of the “Community Workshops” slots of the AMC Programme. The workshop should focus on a topic that is relevant for LGBTQI young people. For instance, at previous AMCs, our Members held workshops on Fighting Right-Wing Populism in Hungary, Safe BDSM Practices, Being Queer and Neurodivergent, Self-Care, Strategic Thinking, Virtual Prides, and Inclusion in Sport.

If you are interested in hosting a community workshop, please apply trough the form below by 14 July 2024 at 23:59 CEST. The first part of the form asks information about the workshop facilitator, and the second part asks you information about the workshop itself. A member of the team will get in touch with you shortly after the deadline to let you know if your proposal has been accepted.

Remember that we are here to work together, so even if you have a brilliant idea but you are not sure how to turn it into a workshop structure, please get in touch with Toryn at toryn@iglyo.org, and she can help you develop the idea further.
