2021 SSP Annual Meeting Survey

SSP is looking forward to the 43rd Annual Meeting in May of 2021. While that seems like a long way off, planning for the meeting is already underway. The SSP Board of Directors has determined that the Annual Meeting will be “Virtual First” and include the ability for attendees to fully participate virtually. However, we also would like to hear from our members and past attendees regarding potential in-person aspects to the meeting, if both safe and practical, at the end of May 2021.

Please complete this survey regarding your preferences and contribute your ideas for the SSP 2021 Annual Meeting by October 28, 2020. Expected completion time is 10 minutes.

* 1. If SSP were to have an in-person option for the annual meeting in National Harbor, MD, in May 2021, assuming it’s safe to do so, how likely would you be to attend? Check all that apply.

I would attend if attendees observe social distancing and wear face masks

I would attend if a vaccine for Covid-19 is widely available

Because virtual attendance will be an option, I would not attend in-person

I’m not planning to attend the 2021 meeting either virtually or in-person
