This will help us better understand what you hope to get out of group coaching and identify any special needs you may have. NOTE: We are accepting payment via PayPal. Once you Register below, we will send a confirmation email within 24 business hours with a to our secure PayPal site to complete your payment. Payment in full is required to complete your registration and confirm your seat.

Cancellation Policy: We know life happens. If you must cancel, please contact us at least two weeks in advance of the program beginning. Cancellations more than two weeks in advance will be refunded, minus a $50 processing fee. Any cancellations received two weeks or less before the start will not be refunded.
