Purpose of the Amendment: The purpose of this amendment is to provide detailed guidance regarding Residential Habilitation services and the implementation of Telehealth services. This amendment updates the service plan implementation and monitoring when using the telehealth delivery system. It also updates the medication management oversight language to provide safeguards for administering medications.
